Please join the <strong>free Seikan from 20 to 22\/23 November <\/strong>\u2013 taking part for single days is also possible. How it runs: we meditate morning and evening, during the day we practise Samu (work meditation) and cook for ourselves. Enough free time for rest remains as well.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Start<\/strong>: Thu., 20 November, 1:00 pm<\/p>\n<p><strong>Accommodation<\/strong>: full board and a single room.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Costs<\/strong>: none. The footage is intended for a 25-minute <strong>film about our practice and Abbot Kigen Osh\u014d<\/strong>. Anyone taking part in the Seikan agrees that they may become part of the recordings.
