Zen introductory talk and Zen instruction

The introductory talk offers you a first orientation in the teaching of Zen and in how Zen practice unfolds. The first hour explains the fundamentals, the second hour the course of a regular Zazen evening. The forms we observe in the Zendo are also explained.
Neither registration nor a contribution is required. A free donation is welcome. Please be in the Zendo a little before the event begins, as we start punctually.
Participants who have attended this introduction may take part in all meditation events at the Vienna Zendo free of charge for one month.
