Extra-Zazen – member-organized, silent sitting in the Vienna Zendo for association members

The Extra-Zazen, which has established itself among Sangha members throughout the year, will now take place permanently and regularly – specifically every first Sunday of the month.

Participation is open only to association members of the Bodhidharma Zendo.

“Extra-Zazen” signifies a Sangha-organized, intensive Zazen day in full-day silence, without a teacher, every first Sunday of the month (excluding July and August).

Schedule: A total of 12 Zazen periods of 25 minutes each, alternating with 5-minute Kinhin units. The lunch break can be spent in the Zendo or elsewhere – please bring your own food.

End: 4:00 PM
Lunch break from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM

Location: Bodhidharma Zendo Vienna, Fleischmarkt 16, 1010 Vienna.
