Zen introductory course

For those who would like more instruction, or who were unable to attend the introductory talk, an introductory course takes place on the Thursday following the introductory talk. In it you will learn the precise formal procedures of Zen practice (correct sitting, walking meditation and recitation). After attending the introductory course, you may likewise take part in the Zendo’s practice offerings free of charge for one month.

Contribution: €15 per evening (reduced in case of financial hardship: €10)
Registration is required! Either by e-mail to: mail@bodhidharmazendo.net or directly after attending the introductory talk on the preceding Thursday.

Please arrive from about 6:45 pm in loose clothing.
