Samu-Tag at BodhidharmaZendo – Room Cleaning

Association members of the BodhidharmaZendo maintain the old tradition of Samu in the city Zendo. For this we hold four deep-cleaning days each year. Kigen Oshō will take part as well.

In those months when we are responsible for cleaning the common areas on our floor at Fleischmarkt 16, we will clean the corridor and the toilets, but also our foyer, our kitchen and above all our BodhidharmaZendo.

In the spirit of Genro Dai Oshō, under whose organization these Samu-Tage also regularly took place in the past, we dedicate ourselves during working meditation to the cleaning and minor repairs of our valuable meditation place. Pleasant conversation among Sangha members is not excluded.

Duration: 10:00 AM–1:00 PM
